Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom digital services, web development, and ongoing marketing labor, Cannone Marketing maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to, initial website setup fees, ongoing monthly website subscriptions, and monthly social media management packages.
Cancellations & Account Takedowns
We operate on a transparent, month-to-month basis with zero long-term contracts. Clients may cancel their services at any time. However, upon cancellation of your monthly subscription, your website, hosting, and associated digital services will be taken offline immediately. We do not provide prorated refunds or leave websites active for the remainder of a billing cycle once a cancellation is initiated.
Domain Name Ownership & Transfers
If Cannone Marketing registered a custom domain name on your behalf during the setup process, that domain belongs to you. Upon cancellation of your services, we will happily transfer the domain name directly to you or to the new web designer of your choice, provided your account is in good standing.
